What Is It?

This is the Italian Purasomes Hair & Scalp Complex, HSC 50+, applied to the scalp and worked in with nano-infusion or microneedling. It is a topical product. It is never injected — the manufacturer's own instruction is do not inject, and VitaLina follows it. Each session uses a measured 2.5 ml of the complex. Inside it: a stated 20 billion colostrum-derived exosomes and 20 growth factors, plus PDRN (a purified DNA fragment used to support skin quality), hyaluronic acid — the molecule that holds water in skin — in two different molecule sizes, seven peptides, biotin and vitamins, and a stem-cell extract from Curcuma longa, which is turmeric. Exosomes are tiny packages that cells use to send each other instructions, and colostrum is the very first milk a cow produces after her calf is born, which is unusually rich in them.[1] One thing worth clearing up: the 50 in HSC 50+ refers to the hyaluronic acid content in milligrams, not to the number of exosomes. Every Purasomes complex carries the same 20 billion.

Why You Need This

The studio already offers scalp microneedling with an exosome serum, and that service is not going anywhere. The difference is the product. That one uses the studio's standard exosome serum. This one uses a complex built specifically for the scalp, by a single Italian manufacturer, with everything in it stated on the box — and at a measured 2.5 ml per session rather than however much a bottle happens to give. Thinning is also the thing most worth acting on early. Hair follicles do not vanish overnight; they get gradually smaller and quieter, and a follicle that is still alive can still respond. Waiting is the expensive choice. The evidence for exosomes on the scalp is more encouraging than it is for the face — but it is still early, still small, and mostly not randomized, and it deserves to be described that way.[2][3]

How It Works

Your scalp has the same barrier problem your face does. The outer layer is built to keep things out, and a molecule the size of an exosome has no way through it unaided. So the complex is worked in, rather than simply poured on. Nano-infusion passes thousands of tiny silicone cones over the scalp, briefly opening microscopic pathways that close again on their own within about half an hour; microneedling goes further and adds a collagen response of its own. Which one suits you is decided together at consultation. What goes in through those pathways is a mixture, not a single ingredient. The exosomes and growth factors carry the signals. PDRN has been looked at in randomized trials for skin quality and scar outcomes.[4] The two sizes of hyaluronic acid hold water at different depths, which matters more than it sounds — a dry, tight scalp is an unhappy one.[5] Peptides, biotin and the turmeric stem-cell extract round it out. The aim throughout is a calmer, better-fed scalp and follicles that are given a reason to keep working.

Key Benefits

  • A complex built for the scalp: 20 billion colostrum exosomes, 20 growth factors, PDRN, dual-size hyaluronic acid, seven peptides, biotin and vitamins
  • Worked into the surface of the scalp and never injected, exactly as the manufacturer instructs
  • A measured 2.5 ml per session, so every visit delivers the same amount
  • In pooled human trials, exosome treatments improved hair density by 23.6% and hair thickness by 18.0%[2]
  • Across eleven clinical studies, every one showed improvement in at least one hair measure, with no serious adverse events[3]
  • The manufacturer reports less shedding and a more comfortable scalp after the very first application

Who Is It For?

  • Your part line has widened and your scalp shows under overhead light
  • There is more hair in the shower drain than there used to be
  • Your crown is thinning and you have changed how you style your hair to cover it
  • Your hairline has started to move back at the temples
  • You want to do something about thinning that is not another daily bottle
  • You would rather start now, while the follicles are still active

What to Expect

1

Consultation

10 min

Scalp assessment, the pattern of your thinning, health history and a dairy allergy check. Areas and delivery method are agreed with you.

2

Preparation

10–20 min

The scalp is cleansed. If microneedling is the route you choose together, a numbing cream is applied and left to work.

3

Application

30–40 min

2.5 ml of the HSC 50+ complex is worked across the treated zones — hairline and temples, crown, or the full scalp.

4

Afterwards

24–48 hours

Mild tenderness and pinkness for a day or so. Leave the scalp unwashed for 24 hours, then carry on as normal.

Results & Frequency

The manufacturer reports less shedding and a more comfortable scalp after the first application, and says a visible change in density usually shows within two to four weeks. Many clients do notice exactly that — but hair moves on its own timetable, and nobody can promise it. The course is four sessions spaced three to four weeks apart, then a maintenance session roughly every six months. Four is the number worth committing to: a single scalp session is not enough to judge anything by, and it would be dishonest to sell it as though it were. What the published evidence supports is this — pooled human trials report meaningful gains in hair density and thickness, and across eleven clinical studies the safety record was clean.[2][3] What it does not yet support is a specific promise about your scalp. That is the honest line, and it is the one VitaLina will give you.
