What Is It?

This is the exosome half of the protocol on its own, with no peel involved. The Purasomes complex is worked into the skin by nano-infusion or microneedling, chosen with you at consultation. Exosomes are tiny packages that cells use to pass instructions to one another. The ones here come from colostrum, the first milk a cow makes in the hours after calving, which is unusually rich in them.[1] Each Purasomes vial is stated to hold 20 billion colostrum-derived exosomes and 20 growth factors. There are two complexes, picked for what you want to change. Nutri Complex NC 150+ is the structure formula: PDRN (a purified DNA fragment used to support skin quality), hyaluronic acid — the molecule that holds water in skin — in two molecule sizes, amino acids and vitamins. Skin Glow Complex SGC 100+ is the brightness formula: vitamin C, pomegranate seed stem-cell extract and peptides. One point worth clearing up, because the industry muddles it constantly: the 150 and the 100 refer to hyaluronic acid content in milligrams, not to how many exosomes are inside. Both carry the same 20 billion.

Why You Need This

The studio already offers microneedling with an exosome serum, so the fair question is what makes this different. The product. That option uses the studio's standard exosome serum. This one uses a specific Italian complex, made by a single manufacturer to a single specification, with the exosome count, the growth factors and the extras all stated on the box — and with PDRN, dual-size hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins built in alongside the vesicles rather than sold on as separate add-ons. Then there is the source. Purasomes is colostrum-derived. It is mammal material, so the signals inside are written in something far closer to a language your own cells recognize than a plant vesicle is; and it involves no human-derived material at all, which removes a whole category of sourcing questions that informed clients now ask about.[2]

How It Works

Your outer layer of skin is a wall of flattened dead cells and it is extremely good at its job, which is keeping things out. It does not care that what you are trying to get in is good for you — it blocks that too. That is the real reason expensive serums disappoint, and it is the problem this appointment is built to solve.[3] Nano-infusion passes thousands of tiny silicone cones over the skin, briefly opening microscopic doorways through that outer layer. They stay open for roughly twenty to thirty minutes, then close on their own. Nothing bleeds. Microneedling goes deeper and adds a collagen response of its own. Which one you have is decided with you, based on your skin, your comfort and how much quiet time you have. During that open window the complex is worked in. PDRN has been looked at in randomized trials for skin quality and scar outcomes.[4] The hyaluronic acid is included in two molecule sizes for a reason: the larger one holds water at the surface, the smaller one travels further in.[5]

Key Benefits

  • A stated 20 billion colostrum-derived exosomes and 20 growth factors per vial, from one Italian manufacturer
  • Nutri Complex NC 150+ adds PDRN, dual-size hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins[4]
  • Skin Glow Complex SGC 100+ adds vitamin C, pomegranate seed stem-cell extract and peptides
  • A needle-free nano-infusion option with no downtime at all
  • Colostrum source: mammal-derived, no human material, no plant guesswork
  • Across 39 pooled human trials, exosome treatments improved wrinkles, pigmentation, elasticity and texture[3]

Who Is It For?

  • Your skin feels thin, dry and less springy than it used to
  • Fine lines are showing but your tone is basically even
  • You have had a peel recently and want the next step, not another one
  • Acids and strong exfoliants tend to leave your skin unhappy
  • You want exosomes but you do not want a peel on top of them
  • You would rather nothing pierced the skin at all

What to Expect

1

Consultation

10 min

Skin assessment, health history and a dairy allergy check, then the complex and the delivery method are chosen with you.

2

Preparation

10–20 min

Gentle cleansing. If microneedling is the route you choose together, a numbing cream is applied and left to work.

3

Infusion

30–40 min

The Purasomes complex is worked in across the treatment area, followed by a calming mask, recovery cream and SPF.

4

Afterwards

same day – 48 hours

Nano-infusion leaves a light flush for an hour or two and no downtime. Microneedling leaves redness like a mild sunburn for a day or two.

Results & Frequency

Many clients notice that their skin feels plumper and looks brighter within the first week. The manufacturer's course is three to five sessions spaced two to six weeks apart, with one or two maintenance sessions about two months later and a repeat course every six to twelve months. Here is the honest framing. The published human studies are consistently positive, but most are small, most are not randomized, and most apply exosomes straight after a device that improves skin on its own — so nobody can yet say precisely how much of the result is the exosome and how much is the delivery.[3] What is clear across the reviews is that topical use is very well tolerated. If you want the peel step as well, that appointment is the Exosomal Liquid Laser.
